Role Overview:

Join our client’s dynamic, career-focused sales & marketing team at a leading steel manufacturing company as Executive Sales based at their regional office Lahore. We are looking for a driven and dynamic Executive Sales professional to join our client’s Sales & Marketing team at their Lahore Regional Office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling steel manufacture products and services by building strong relationships with customers, exploring new markets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Relationships: Conduct regular customer visits and sales calls to build and maintain valuable business relationships.
2. New Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop new customers and end-users, while exploring new markets and segments for the company’s products.
3. Product Sampling & Approval: Ensure the sampling of steel manufacture products in various industries and work towards getting the product approved or pre-qualified.
4. Documentation & Reporting: Complete all required documentation, including Market Intelligence Reports (MIRs) and visit reports, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
5. Market Surveys & Data Analytics: Perform market surveys, analyze collected data, and update market mapping data as needed.
6. Competitor Analysis: Identify customers with strong ties to competitors and develop strategies to capture market share from these key customers.
7. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with planning, marketing services, and finance departments to provide top-quality service to customers.

Qualifications:

• Education: BBA
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.
